These fully operational Polaris Ace doors are constructed from mild steel tubing and powder-coated for excellent durability.

Plastic skins are made from top quality thermoplastic olefinic elastomer. This high-impact polypropylene offers a Textured finish with excellent durability to endure extreme weather conditions. Plastics are UV-stabilized, resistant to chemicals.

Doors mount using existing mounting locations on the Polaris Ace with additional brackets and open/close using a secure latch assembly.

UHMW stands for Ultra High Molecular Weight and is the plastic Factory UTV uses to create skid plates, a-arm guards, and rockslides for just about every major UTV model on the market. 

During its manufacturing process, the molecules of this plastic are compacted as densely and close together as possible. UHMW is roughly 100 times denser than HMW, and exponentially denser than ABS or other common plastics.

The UHMW used by Factory UTV is partially made from Recycled UHMW materials, making the constancy more rigid and impact-absorbent than new plastic, allowing the perfect flexing capability needed to endure impacts. Our UHMW has a very low coefficient of friction, making it slippery in rough conditions, but it has the impact resistance and density to withstand some of the harshest environments you can throw at it.

If you're on the fence, Trust me GET THEM!

I'm a 60 year old retired Certified tech from 1982. I'm very picky but was pleasantly surprised at the engineering, Build quality, ease of installation, function and looks are TOP NOTCH!

Doors close firmly and don't rattle. They look excellent. they are very well packaged as well. While these are not cheap by any means, understand you're paying for a top quality part and in the end, I found it worth every penny.
I HIGHLY RECOMEND! You won't regret it!

Polaris ace complete door kit

Overall I was very impressed with the quality of the Ace door kit. The pictures on the website dont do the item justice. I have two Aces, one with the factory door upper and lower; and now this one with the factoryUTV door. The factory unit wobbles back and forth, in mid swing. The factoryUTV door, has cross braces and gussets to eliminate that. The adjustability for fitment on vehicles is better than the factory doors. The latches to open and close the door are better than the factory doors. Its just a quality unit.
